At NEXO, we are transforming the way elevators operate with our advanced 3D LiDAR sensor technology. By continuously scanning the lift interior in real time, our system creates a precise 3D map of everything inside the cabin. This allows the elevator to intelligently measure overall capacity, ensuring safe and efficient operation without relying solely on weight limits. When the lift reaches its defined threshold, the system automatically sends a Non-Stop Signal, allowing the elevator to travel directly to its destination floor without additional stops.

NEXO installed ceiling-mounted LiDAR to scan the tops of pallets. By comparing the "Full" point cloud to the empty baseline, the system automatically calculates remaining storage volume.
