Hardware Mounting: We install the 2D LiDAR at the optimal "collision height" (e.g., bumper level for vehicles or waist level for stationary machines).

Zone Configuration: We program three distinct logic zones (Zone A, B, and C) tailored to your equipment’s stopping distance and operational speed.

Terminal Integration: We connect the LiDAR to a centralized control terminal. This terminal is then hard-wired into the vehicle's braking system, an audible alarm, or a visual light tower.

Field Testing: We perform "Live Trigger" tests to ensure the transition from Alert to Emergency Stop happens perfectly every time.
